If only I can give Ms. Beverly more than 5 stars i will! the perfect 5 stars is not enough to give her . I am actually not planning to buy a car that day I was actually the Beverly more than 5 stars i will! the perfect 5 stars is not enough to give her . I am actually not planning to buy a car that day I was actually there at service center for scheduled oil change but I ended up buying the top of the line Honda Pilot 2024 . It was really enticing talking to her considering my personality that I am really hard to convince . All options and choices was presented. She was so patience talking to me and explained every details. I never felt being discriminated just like my previous experience with one of the service sales representive before. Pls dont ask me the name because i dont want others to suffers I just wanna recommend instead and take this oppurtunity as well to to let your enployee undergo Costumer service training frequently as possible. Like my case before I know i still dont have good credit score because Im just getting started my dream here in the USA. But anyway to sum it up i was given the choice of buying a used car instead of buying a new car. I felt so bad that day it make me feel im discriminated. choice of customer must be the priority and respected. options how she can avail a brand bew car should be presented . And not merely giving options to change customer choice. Let the customer weighs the pros and cons of buying new car. In that way customer will be able to think that buying a new car is not possible because she dont have the capacity yet to buy and proof are not yet sufficient to convice the Dealership that you are capable of buying. This way i do believe many costumer will be attracted to buy because choice was respected and they are given the freedom to decide what they should buy. Going back to Ms. Beverly! she was so accomodating , knowledegeable, enticing and cheerfull . She make me feel I have the Most beautiful , affordable ,safe and trusted car in the world !!!!
