This is the best dealership in the capital region I’ve found so far in my 56 years. They foster a relationship with time and energy. (It goes both ways, you feel like you matter and we all are winners) Sales are selling quality, safe, comfortable vehicles, they want you to have what you can afford & need. Their service department is stellar, transparency is critical (as they video the work), communication is top of mind, their skills are bursting with knowledge and experience. I feel heard and scene while never being pressured into anything. When I can’t stay to wait for service repairs they kindly bring me to and from my destination. In fact the gentlemen (who gave me rides) used two different vehicles and knew all about them. He was skilled at driving and answered all my questions about these models. He should be a salesman I told Albert Rodriguez! It’s such a pleasure to have this location as my dealership. Everyone there is kind and friendly, I’m so grateful!! They have my loyalty as long as I live here. More

Doing business with DePaula Mazda has been a pleasing, stress-free experience. Communication and work from their service department was also worry free. I was provided a loaner vehicle so that I could get stress-free experience. Communication and work from their service department was also worry free. I was provided a loaner vehicle so that I could get back to my house where I work full time while providing care for someone physically incapacitated. This was a huge relief. My vehicle is still quite new, but when the time comes, I will return to DePaula Mazda first. More
