The repairs seem good. My issue is the LENGTH of the repairs and that there never seemed to be any solid estimate of when the car would be done. After a month of 'we'll g My issue is the LENGTH of the repairs and that there never seemed to be any solid estimate of when the car would be done. After a month of 'we'll get it in when we can' we got a 'should be done by Presidents' Day'. Didn't get it back until three weeks after that. None of this would have been so much an issue if we could have gotten a loaner car, but that was never an option. The price we were quoted ended up going up 50% as well. It was an overall frustrating experience. More
