This time we were there to buy a vehicle after our Sienna was total the past couple decades, and our experience has been 5 stars each and every time. This time we were there to buy a vehicle after our Sienna was totaled in a crash. We had no idea what we wanted to buy because we obviously weren’t planning on buying something at this time. Then we met Beto. He was incredibly patient with us and asked exactly the right questions to help us narrow our focus and to figure out what was important to us in a vehicle. We test drove the bZ4x even though we knew nothing about electric cars and fell in love with it! Beto answered every question, knew everything about the car, and made us feel confident. He took so much time to make sure we understood our car, and had us come back a couple days after we bought it to go over everything and answer more questions!
