This is the second BMW we have leased from Rallye with Bert Vargas as our client advisor. Buying/leasing a new car has always been somewhat stressful. No matter what the deal, we were never completely s Bert Vargas as our client advisor. Buying/leasing a new car has always been somewhat stressful. No matter what the deal, we were never completely sure that we were not being taken advantage of. However, dealing with Bert was a pleasureable experience. He made the process pleasant and stress free. He listened to our questions and made sure to address all of our needs and concerns. We felt that Bert looked out for us and advised us as to any special promotions we could take advantage of as our lease was due to expire. He worked with us to secure the best deal and we felt that we were getting good value for our money as well as a great car. At no time did he pressure us but presented us with all the information for us to make an informed decision. Ann Gang made the initial experience superb..
