Bernardo was courteous, professional, and explained every step of the process thoroughly. I also dealt with Joseph Cleary in finance who offered me many options and explained everything clearly but was not pushy when I declined some options. I decided to buy an extended warranty through Joseph since the price was competitive with other warranty providers. All in all a great experience from top to bottom and was willing to cross state lines due to the professionalism that I received here. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family to shop here. More
