Bernardo was friendly, helpful & courteous as well as the rest of the staff. Small items were quickly resolved. The only thing that couldn't was an issue with a garage door opener which is usually built in t rest of the staff. Small items were quickly resolved. I REALLY don't like to pay subscriptions for an option/accessory that should be one and done. More
