The salesman was great Bernardo very easy to work with very friendly and upfront. The finance guy did not seem very interested. Very friendly and honest staff who were willing to listen to my many many questions w/o losing their patience. Bernardo was a kind and helpful salesman and we actually paid a little more than elsewhere bec to my many many questions w/o losing their patience. Bernardo was a kind and helpful salesman and we actually paid a little more than elsewhere because of it was clear it was a trustworthy place to deal with. Frankie is also a very thoughtful GM. Jose was willing to review the "extras" over the phone the night before since he wasn't going to be in the shop when we came to pick up the car. If he were there, I might have read the fine print a little more - but it was the opposite - no hard sell. I actually had to ask what extras would be worthwhile for our needs. I had done my research, but still never sure if the extras make sense. We decided to go for it since we keep our cars for a long time. I would highly recommend this Acura dealer to others - and we had to drive an hour to get there vs. the ones in our area which were less impressive and didn't have the car we needed. I look forward to continuing our relationship with the Dealership. More
