Bernard refused to add graciously the missing floor rubber mats for the 2013 Range Rover Evoque that I was getting ready to buy. The dealership cost would have been about 50.00 $ - I therefore canceled rubber mats for the 2013 Range Rover Evoque that I was getting ready to buy. The dealership cost would have been about 50.00 $ - I therefore canceled the deal. That was on Dec 19th 2024. As of today Jan 23 2025 the car is still sitting on their lot despite their lowering the price by 2,500 $ not to mention the daily financing interest the dealership adding up !!!! Bernard was very clumsy not accepting my request. Since then, I move on and bought another brand new car from another dealership who was very happy to get my business… More
