It was a pleasure to do business with Michael Kurtiev. He represented the vehicle well in a no pressure environment and was able to answer our questions with a pleasant demeanor. Further, Michael kept us ful represented the vehicle well in a no pressure environment and was able to answer our questions with a pleasant demeanor. Further, Michael kept us fully informed of the status of several issues which delayed the delivery. He treated us with respect and humor. Unfortunately, the "One Price, One hour" transaction turned into Three hours due to the dealership being so busy. No reflection on Michael. More

Amazing service from Schomp BMW Royalty Team I have had an amazing experience with Royalty Team at Schomp BMW. Alex and Matt have consistently followed up with me about lease and royalty program I have had an amazing experience with Royalty Team at Schomp BMW. Alex and Matt have consistently followed up with me about lease and royalty program deals. I had specific requests for the new lease I was considering. Showed up at the dealer without an appointment on a very busy Saturday and Matt’s team and Alex, including KJ made the whole experience seamless, worry-free and very convenient. I had to have the snow tires replaced couple days later and they made everything possible to get me going. Thanks for the great service! More
