Everything was going great until it was time to start signing all of the documents. Bennie Tate was great. Chet Reddrick was great. Frank Stacier was great. Justyn Makley was great. All were professional and pleasant even if brief interaction. However, when I met with Sherard Bethea... it was great initially. Then, after I denied adding extended coverage/warranty, his demeanor shifted. He was no longer friendly, no longer made eye contact, and an awkward/uncomfortable silence ensued the remainder of the time while signing documents. I must admit I was in a rush to leave the dealership and missed financial discrepancy that I now regret... probably cost me $2,000. I was not told of a "Covid Cleaning Fee" and it was not discussed the entire purchase. I only noticed it after I got home because the cost of the vehicle was $2,000 higher than what we initially agreed. More
