Ben needs to listen to the customer. His numbers were incorrect and when the customer is telling you, that is not right or incorrect, you may want to listen. I did ask for the general manager and was able to work out the deal. Asking the customer if you want the car or not may not be the way to go, especially if you are wrong. Benedict was extremely pleasant to deal with and good guy all around. Chris was a good support and follow up. More
