Jakob was easy to work with. ....hands down a great experience a sales person. He was very patient and never pushy. Benjamin the Finance guy - nice person, but the whole experience from his presentation, and office xxxxxxwas the most obvious and slightly off-putting part of the experience. We've bought cars before and knew what to expect somewhat. He was never rude, gave us space when we wanted to talk. But imagine a smooth flowing conversation and then as he describes available add-ons, the words he uses almost seem rehearsed or memorized. Imagine sitting down at his desk....and in a place only the customer can see it....is a picture of he and his family...as if attempting to convey he's a family man. While at the desk - look to your left and you see a damaged wheel.....we're going to get pitched on wheel repair and/or warranty. There's a headlight module on a table....we could only guess how much it was going to cost to replace that. A more concise presentation would have been helpful. That was the longest part of the sales process - and we were conducting an all cash transaction. Also - if you're going to try and sell us a paint film protector for the front end of the car - it would help if you looked at the specific car first to see if it had some chips already. Ours did, but we didn't really care. It just seemed odd to try and sell us an $1800 service that would only limit further chips vs implying that the car will no longer be pristine if we don't. I realize this is where the dealership makes profit and I don't begrudge them for that. A more straightforward presentation opportunity, follow up messaging to change your mind within a week or two, would have made this top notch. Again - Finance guy was never rude. This was NOT a time-share like presentation in Las Vegas where they end up making condescending comments to you when you decline to buy.....it just somewhat detracted from the ease of the front end of the transaction. I will say after my buying experience , I thought I would use another BMW company for my service. I choose to give Kuni BMW one more chance. Priscilla Allard has made me feel like Kuni can be my home. She to use another BMW company for my service. I choose to give Kuni BMW one more chance. Priscilla Allard has made me feel like Kuni can be my home. She took great care of us. She explained everything in great detail and met my expectations. Priscilla has the ability to make you feel like you are part of Kuni and you matter to Kuni. I will only have Priscilla as my service agent. If she is on vacation or out of the office , I will reschedule. Thank you Priscilla for an outstanding and amazing visit. More

My car was making a funny noise that was somewhat difficult to explain. Dan Daily listened to my very non-technical report on the situation and had the technician do a thorough analysis. Honestly, I was on the fence about doing business with Kuni because I brought my older 750 in for service and had to take it to another local dealer for the mistakes to be repaired but time heals all woun Kuni because I brought my older 750 in for service and had to take it to another local dealer for the mistakes to be repaired but time heals all wounds. I was going to wait until December before I purchased a new car, but I heard that dealers were giving maximum cash on trade ins, so I decided to look for a new car. I looked at the other local BMW dealership and all they had in stock were white 7 Series cars. Then remembering how my wife and I were treated by Ivorie when we needed to sell my wife's X6 I thought I'd give Kuni another shot to win my business. When I came in on Wednesday a delightful salesperson names Steve Cho introduced himself to me. I told him what I wanted, and he took me straight to the model and went to work on the deal. As a Black person, I'm used to insults and xxxxxxx questions like, "What do you do for a living?' or "Can you afford the payments?" I got none of the usual racist tropes I get here in Portland. He saw my credit, gave me a fair price for my trade in and sold me the car I wanted without all the haggle back and forth xxxxxxxx I normally get at dealerships. As a matter of fact, this was the single best car buying experience in my 56 years of life. If this is the kind of treatment I get when it comes to service on my new baby we named "The Beast II' I'll always be a Kuni BMW customer. I want to personally thank Steve Cho for taking the time and putting everything together. The 760I is the most beautiful car I've ever owned. Big Thanks to Adam Kline for walking me through the car. It's so advanced that I may need a full days class on everything this big baby does. Another shout out to Beni Jinar for his help with the financing. Beni will definitely convince you to always be a BMW owner and a Kuni BMW customer. BOOM!!! All around excellent experience. More
