I found a car I liked but was told the battery was dead. They said it would take 3 weeks to arrive. Even though I suggested they could easily replace the battery, they didn’t take it seriously. When I followed up the next day, I found out the car had been sold to someone else on that day. I felt misled and ended up having to buy a more expensive car from the same place. A very disappointing experience. More

It was overall a much better experience than expected. Far superior to our experience with VW. We got a good deal. We weren't pressured to add low value dealer options.
