I was greeted by service by my name, with a smile, with service history on my car. When I hopped in the loaner I could tell the seat was rolled forward to accommodate my petite height— that was a pleasant detail you don’t expect, but so appreciated after a long day. Details of work order were sent to me electronically and quickly for approval. My car was repaired as expected, and it was so nice to feel the car working tight, just right again. Ben at Mahwah showed care for the customer, attention to customer concerns, and expertise in technical auto repair and service that cannot be surpassed. He deserves ten stars. Everyone at Mahwah has done an excellent job, and that’s why I keep going back every year since 1981. It’s where I have purchased all my cars which have always been reliable, economical to maintain, and wonderful cars. More
