I have never written a review on line before; however, after my experience with Klick Lewis on Tuesday February 11th, I felt compelled to do so. I originally took my car there to be serviced. It was an ol after my experience with Klick Lewis on Tuesday February 11th, I felt compelled to do so. I originally took my car there to be serviced. It was an older car that I bought from Klick Lewis in 2005. In my opinion, the car still had a few good years but the experienced service department determined otherwise. I worked directly with Ben Rodriguez. He was so very thorough and professional while examining the car and explained to me all of my options. His priority was to work with my decision and make it the best solution no matter what. He kept in touch with me step by step and didn't go ahead and perform any repairs without consulting me first. Ben was the one that convinced me that it would be the right time to consider trading the vehicle in. He arranged for me to meet with the owner, Greg Lewis later that evening. I was immediately at ease when I met Greg and knew from that moment that I would be in good hands. I told him what I was looking for in a vehilce and the specific price range that I needed to stay within. He respected that and didn't go outside of those boundries while showing me what was available. I literally sat in his office and he hand picked the perfect match for me. They pulled the car into the showroom and I was sold on it! I didn't even have to go outside and walk the lot!! This was an emotional decision for me to let go of a car that I truly enjoyed and wanted to keep for a few more years. He empathized with me and ensured me that this would be a great replacement. We spent hours with Greg that evening and it felt more like visiting an old friend. I enjoyed the whole experience and wanted to let eveyone know about it. Klick Lewis is a highly professional organization that has extreme standards for customer service. Each and every person that we dealt with through the process bought into this concept and THAT is hard to find!! Thank you Klick Lewis team for making this such an easy process. I began looking for a used Silverado and called Klick Lewis. Due to Greg's years of experience selling cars he put a number in front of me that was right in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay, and I purchased the truck. Greg made me feel like a friend. He really enjoys what he does and I enjoyed talking to him about our families and interests. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Klick Lewis. My mother recently purchased a quality certified preowned vehicle from Klick Lewis and I was so impressed with the quality of service that she received that I decided to take my own personal vehicle (2004 Fo vehicle from Klick Lewis and I was so impressed with the quality of service that she received that I decided to take my own personal vehicle (2004 Ford Escape 4x4) in for service. I priced two new Goodyear Integrity tires (235/70/16) for my vehicle and Klick Lewis beat everybody else's price by nearly $25 per tire! I dealt with Ben Rodriguez in the service department and he was extremely polite and professional. While having the tires installed on my vehicle, he also took the time to explain that my serpentine belt was showing signs of wear and asked me if I wanted to have it replaced. I appreciated Ben's concern as I am a Special Education Assistant and travel 18.6 miles to work each day. Needless to say, I allowed him to change the serpentine belt as well. Due to circumstances beyond their control (power failure), I had an extended wait for service to be completed on my vehicle. But the work was done correctly, giving me the piece of mind of knowing that my vehicle is completely ready for whatever winter has to offer. Ben even gave me a generous discount for my inconvenience of having to wait so long. From the moment that you arrive at Klick Lewis, whether it is for sales or service, you can absolutely tell that they value and care about their customers. I would recommend the service department to anybody. More

I bought a Tahoe from Nick and Patrick about a month ago. They both were incredibly down to earth and made sure my needs were met. They introduced me to Ben and Rafeal in the service department. They both knew exactly what needed done to my truck and did so very efficiently. I will think of Klick Lewis and all these gentlemen the next time I look for a new car! More

Todd Pierce and Benjamin Rodriquez made me (a scruffy kind of guy), feel like the most important person in the world, like I was the President of the United States. I can't believe that the salesman, Todd Pierce, came to my home and picked me up to get my vehicle when they finished looking at it. Simply amazing! I'm dead serious. You guys are great. Our first suburban was bought over 15 years ago.That car had over 300,000 miles when we gave it to a friend.The next suburban was traded in with over 250,miles. Through the years we have obviously spent much time with the service department. Ben Rodriquez and the whole service dept. is exceptional.They are always able to accommodate our schedule for service,whether a scheduled apt. or last minute. They are knowledgeable,caring,courteous and no matter what crisis one of cars was having near or far they always took the time to help us out. Because of this great service on our cars, the need to purchase new cars has been limited.However,whenever that time came, Alan Cook was there to help. Rick Houser has gone out of his way many times, often after "work hours" to make sure that servicing for my vehicle(s) has met me satisfaction. The Auto Awards program is a great and I highly recommend on the purchse of your next car, new or used. My daughter bought a used car and elected to buy the Awards program and I can tell you that she has no regrets. In summation, I fully recommend KL for your next vehicle purchase.
