I initially wrote a less than flattering review of my purchase of a CPO RDX in August. Sales Manager Ben Mortimer reached out to me and assured me that they would make it right. He's obviously a man of his word because my issue was taken care of assuring that our relationship was salvaged. Thumbs up to Dan Sturges in service who got me in and out. No muss, no fuss.
