Poor customer service, they fail to return calls, even the sales manager. I live out of state, had to go to dealership to get copy of sale and warranty on tires, etc. Was supposed to be mailed to me, w the sales manager. Tried to correct amount being charged for taxes and tag. They wouldn't return call. It was almost double amount it should be. Now they owe a refund, plus cover for trailer hitch. Guess I'll have to file complaint with Better Business Bureau to ever get refund or hitch cover. Better yet, I'll get my attorney to contact them, see if they'll respond to him. I'm not happy with the way they treat customers. More

The experience was fairly easy and we got a fantastic deal on our 2023 Tahoe. Our salesman Ben, was friendly and helped move things along.
