I was sold a lemon and prior to signing paperwork I was made assurances that certain repairs would be performed only to have them quietly make you sign a paper stating that verbal promises are not valid unless written on paper. I have text messages and calls of them making one false promise after the other and not delivering. I am also owed money for my vehicle and have not been reimbursed. My car was never serviced, cleaned, and despite them doing none of the above, it was still delivered late. Please take your money to a more honest place and don't give it to this place. I was also sold a three year warranty that can never be used because the car is ineligible. They won't even give my money for that. Now I understand why people use the term used car salesman in a negative way. I will do everything possible from social media to online videos to expose their fraudulent tactics until they dissappear More

Also, we agreed on an all in rate over the phone and after my 7 hour trip to close the deal they charged me a couple hundred dollars more than our agreed rate, which left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall good car collection and staff. Only downside was the sneaky fees the financing team forced on me. More
