My wife and I were looking at buying a new Genesis ,we came to the dealer not quite sure what we were getting into.I haven’t had a new car in long time! Luckily we came to the right dealership we were tre came to the dealer not quite sure what we were getting into.I haven’t had a new car in long time! Luckily we came to the right dealership we were treated with nothing but kindness and courtesy from the moment we walked in to the moment we left ! our salesman Ben Marietta was great! gave us lots of options lots of ideas was there to explain everything we needed to know .made us feel like family a great experience all around we were very pleased. We ended up finding one that we wanted and then had to go to the loan department where we met an awesome person named Caryn de la Rosa we were nervous about getting a loan and how to go about it and again we were walked through the whole thing by Caryn she made us feel so comfortable it took the edge off of worrying about the loan she did whatever she had to do to make sure that we got the loan and we were happy with The terms within!! Throughout the loan process we had a great time talking with Caryn she made us feel like we were at her house or something just comfortable as can be!
