I found just minutes after my purchase, my vehicle was
advertised on their website for thousands less than I paid. Very disappointed. Can verify. I have all of the documents and advertisement. Raised the

Raised the sales price on contract to compensate for supposed $4,000 discount. Factory sticker was neither attached to windows or displayed. Had to ask for it after closing when I found an add on of $2,895 for "dealership added "Mazda Platinum Protection" basically an add on of car waxes that have nothing to do with Mazda. Beware.

Received a phone call from “sales manager” late Friday afternoon, November 8th. He offered some free oil changes. My situation called for thousands of dollars in refunds, not oil changes. Again, I have the documentation. Moving forward with legal counsel..

Tom Lethi Is the service managers he is your only point of contact moving forward. Staff wasn't aware you had the platinum protection package. There will be no refund. After speaking with upper management you will be permitted to use the service of the location for the platinum protection packages that you are intitled too. This will be our last response regarding the matter

I was hoping there would be a reasonable and fair resolution of the issues presented.

At 9:37, 11/10/24 You stated “Thank you very much for the back and forth reviews, etc.”
I have been a Gentleman throughout this endeavor and will continue to do so.
However, in spite of the “public” response you published, at 9:38 just one minute later, your PRIVATE response was quite different.
You informed me that “We have also removed and rejected any oil changes or other solutions (there were no other solutions offered) that were presented to you in good faith. You are no longer allowed on the property. Southern Palms is your closest Mazda dealership. Service there.”
First of all this is a bit disingenuous when just one minute earlier you were thanking me for the back and forth reviews.
Second of all, I have been charged and paid for a $2,895 “Mazda Platinum Protection” plan that is only serviced at your dealership.
What is your plan to service the Mazda Platinum Protection plan that is fully paid for?
Are you planning to refund my payment?
And by the way, Southern Palms is not in any way my closest dealership.

If you truly made a good faith review of my concerns, you (whomever you are) would have been aware that I was sold the plan in question as part of my automobile purchase.
As far as banning me from the property this 72 year old is a gentleman and has conducted as such throughout this process.
“Banning” me is silly, and if that is what happens to anyone who has a legitimate dispute with the dealership it is not a good reflection on the what I once thought was a sterling dealership reputation.
Easy to do business with.

From there, I was able to meet with Yari who helped lower my insurance payment (what a nice surprise!), and Kevin in finance department who explained everything line by line.
