From day of purchase to 5 months later working with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. What happened to providing exceptional customer service? My 2025 has been in their dealership multiple time dealership has been a complete nightmare. What happened to providing exceptional customer service? My 2025 has been in their dealership multiple times due to the lack of quality work. And I as a consumer have absolutely no right to be upset about it in their eyes. I’ve attempted to contact the owner on multiple occasions to get zero response. You would think that he would take pride in ownership of his dealership. Instead all he wants is his employees to sell you a product and doesn’t care about the quality of work provided. Doesn’t care that the product you purchased is not being provided. Ultimately they have sold me a product and not allowing me to utilize it. Don’t waste your time or money going there. The GM is horrible. And is well known in the industry for her behavior. The owner could care less about his customers. All you are is another $ sign. More
