0 stars would be better. Terrible. Doesn’t keep parts in stock. You run a company…should always have 1-2 of every part in stock at all times. Might seem stupid but if you wan Terrible. Might seem stupid but if you want to keep customers happy and coming back then you should never have customers paying for something they can’t even use for days, weeks, months, and at this rate…years. Blames everything on the Covid pandemic that began 4 years ago almost 5. Refuses to fix anything that was on them at time of sale when the car isn’t but 4 months in. Can’t help customers with loaner or rental vehicle. Charges out the xxx for things that AutoZone sales for 1/4 the price. Poor communication. Lies, lies, and more lies. Owner Ben Herlong is sexiest and wants his employees to do the work for him. He shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public ever!!! Your best thing is Jes being willing to be honest and respectful. Unfortunately he doesn’t have the ability to fix things that Ben Herlong does but he refuses because lining his pockets of wayyy more important. If you like your company…FIRE HIM! Herlong of batesburg is getting bad reputation after this!!! More
