I met for the first time Benjamin Fitch. He is the best service adviser. I have ever met very efficient at Subaru.Mr.Fitch was Very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Actually enjoyed the buying experience. Chis was pleasant, professional and prompt. All of the LMS staff was superb. I was on a relatively short schedule. Chris kept things moving. Just recently had my 2006 Forester serviced, and the experience was very good. Every time I have had service done here, it has been excellent. I live 80 miles away, but feel it is important to have Su experience was very good. Every time I have had service done here, it has been excellent. I live 80 miles away, but feel it is important to have Subaru service when possible. Totally worth the drive! I had 3 expensive jobs done, but despite that, the experience was very positive. When I am there, I feel like I am the most important service customer in the room. Our other car is another brand, and I usually leave that place feeling possibly cheated and like I am an inconvenience. My service adviser was Benjamin Fitch. He was so excellent! He gave me an honest estimate of what was needed to be done with a breakdown of parts and labor expense. I needed to stay at the dealership while work was being done, but was offered the use of a car during the service. I actually stayed during the service in a very comfortable area, with Ben giving me a couple of updates on progress. I showed interest in the current model Forester. He offered to show me the inside of one and describe some of the features. I really appreciated this, as we are probably going to trade in our second car for another Subaru soon. He seemed very knowledgeable and dedicated to the brand. (of course, this makes me hate the service experiences for our other car even more...) More

Used Subaru service department. Ben our advisor was very helpful and on top of all work being done. Got me and my sons WRX in and out in less than three hours. Amazing job.
