Hands down one of the best buying experience I’ve had from beginning to end! Olivia in the BDC was patient and didn’t over do it after I sent in my initial request for more information. I scheduled an appointment to test drive and Olivia introduced us to our Sales Person, Besso! Congrats on the baby on the way Besso!!! Once we test drove and I was certain the Civic SI was my ride home, we were introduced to Ben Ferris who was a joy to work with. They offered me a fair price, without too much haggling, and we agreed. We waited maybe 20 minutes before being taken back to Finance. Our Finance Leader, Julian Chiappy, is definitely a pro! We didn’t get the exact payment we wanted but definitely one we could live with! Thank you everyone for helping me secure my dream car and making my car buying experience top notch!!
