They should not sale used cars if they are not ready to be drove. Brakes, rotors and tires were said to be new but wasn’t replaced until car was taken back the day after purchase for other reasons. Warning More

We sold the car while it was waiting on parts to be put on. The customer knew she had to bring it back to have the parts put on (these were not safety issue parts). When the customer brought the car back to get parts put on, the headlight went out. We replaced the headlight and then after the customer taking delivery of the vehicle a trim piece had broken off. We got her to bring the car back in and we fixed the trim piece. When she came in the last time she was cussing everyone and making a scene. We tried to do the right thing by fixing the issues at our expense and we also put customer in a loaner vehicle. We know this was an inconvenience, however the customer was aware of the parts issue when she purchased the vehicle. The other items happened simultaneously after the purchase and there was no way in which to anticipate these items even under our used car inspection.

This is how you make your money, so I expected this response. I drove to the lot and I couldn’t drive the vehicle home, it was delivered to my home by my salesman and another guy. If I had known the issues I could waited to take delivery and you could have offered a loaner car, like I see in soo many of your other reviews (which you end up doing but the issue still wasn’t fixed). I guess you want your customers to be so hard up for a car they will take a vehicle with a head light blown, which DEFINITELY A SAFETY HAZARD and with warnings light on? Just to confirm you DO sale cars, and let customers drive off the lot, knowing the car needs headlights, brakes, rotors tires, and a oil change with warning lights, (Carfax was updated for those services after vehicle was purchased) and/or you just Gorilla glue parts to fail later??? BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Some integrity. And correction I did not “cuss” everyone out. It was only the service department manager. After returning 5 times, almost every Friday (my off day) since I purchased the vehicle.. That day I was told it would take an hour maybe two to fix, I had been waiting, in the lobby for 5 hrs. When I did finally say something I was told by 2 different associates that the car was done but the manager was looking to make sure it was fixed which took an additional 45mins. No response needed. You confirmed everything I originally stated! Thank You!
