I've aways been treated well and fairly by Honda of Sarasota's service dept, and this time was no exception. Bryan P was very courteous and efficient in helping me through a major repair. He even arran Sarasota's service dept, and this time was no exception. Bryan P was very courteous and efficient in helping me through a major repair. He even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and bring me to rent a car while mine was being worked on. Thanks to Bryan and the service Dept for doing a great job! He listened to our needs & wants, took us out on a couple of test drives, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. It was a great customer experience! Thank you, Abe. We purchased a great automobile, our sixth honda, 2026 CR-V EX L, at a fair price including a fair price for our trade-in, 2018 Honda CR-V. The finance manager, Nate Curtner, was friendly and easy going, listened to our needs, didn't try to pressure us into buying things we didn't need or want. He made the process easy and efficient. Days later I stopped by the dealership to have somebody show me the different features of my new car, and Michael Malmsbury, Sales Expert, graciously spent time with me in the car, going over the finer points of the vehicle. We went to the dealer on a Sunday with a specific car in mind on their website. Everyone went above and beyond to make a deal and all was very fast like we were the only customers in the dealer. A deal was mind on their website. Everyone went above and beyond to make a deal and all was very fast like we were the only customers in the dealer. A deal was agreed to. The next day was much busier at the dealer and things slowed down, we had to wait a long time to complete the paperwork. Once paperwork was finalized, some unexpected items arose needing resolution. It took the dealership some time to resolve the items of concerns but in the end of the process the dealership resolved all items to our satisfaction. We are happy with the vehicle, the price was very fair and dealership honored their commitments to us. More

Got swindled by Jeff, the finance guy. Asked for paper copy of itemized bill of sale prior to signing. Gave me UNITEMIZED contract instead. He ended up charging me for 2 additional warranties I had Told him I didn't want to pay for. He also LIED to me about my interest rate, and said there was no deductible for using the service contract, which GM told me wasn't true. Asked GM to cancel Appearance and Windshield warranties and refund $2700 but he wouldn't I'll be submitting complaints to Florida AG and BBB. Sales people were nice. More

Absolutely horrible. They have no integrity, and customer service is none existent. I bought and traded in a car 29 days. I have came to pick it up 2 times and both times They have no integrity, and customer service is none existent. I bought and traded in a car 29 days. I have came to pick it up 2 times and both times the car was not up to anyone's standards. Do you guys not care about good customer service? I specifically asked yesterday before I came in to double and triple check the car. The tint job was still messed up. 2 scratches that were not buffed out. As for the detail job, it honestly looks like someone ate pizza in it and let the grease drip everywhere. Ben had the nerve to tell me I was the 4th person to have issues that day. Who tells someone that?? My god, after the first complaint you would think the problems would be addressed. My issues can't even be addressed completely on thos survey. I sent an email and asked for the GM to contact me over 24 hours ago. I also called corporate to address these issues. This is my 3rd car I have produced from this dealership. The first one was in 2019 when it was still Wilde. The transaction was absolutely perfect. The 2nd one was horrible. It took you guys 8 times to get a good tint job done on the car. Now this experience has put the last one to shame. This will definitely be the last time I deal with thos dealership. There is one in Bradenton that will have my business. Words can not even describe how upset I am over this. Furious doesn't even describe it. How long is it going to take this time? 29 days today you have had my car. More

Everything was really good until the sale was made. I’ve called and tried multiple times to talk to the finance person about an ACH payment that I authorized that was never taken from my account, but h I’ve called and tried multiple times to talk to the finance person about an ACH payment that I authorized that was never taken from my account, but haven’t been called back yet. Additionally, my purchase needed to be serviced and the salesman doesn’t give me any updates and continuously never knows anything about the status of my vehicle after I reach out to him for an update. I would not have purchased the vehicle at this location if I knew the followup was going to be this poor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to purchase a car from this dealership with how I’ve been treated. Just do what you said you were going to do and update me along the way. That’s not too much to ask because I work in sales so I understand the sales process. Hopefully everything will be completed as promised, but I’m not confident at all that it will be. More
