The best Ford dealer in the area but facility is dated. The service person polite and professional. I asked for oil change and got a full service…filters, tire rotation etc. I am happy I got it but it woul The service person polite and professional. The service took 2 hours and 30 minutes. Very long! Other customers were complaining and having arguments with your staff. Definitely an area for improvement. I hope this helps. More
