It was ok, but they did not top off washer fluid, check the steering wheel buttons that were also listed as an issue, was suppose to be ready Saturday, but no word from them, so had to call them Monday. Greeted when I pull in for service. Service advisor sees me within 5 minutes. The greeter in the dealership is well poised, professional, well dressed and well spoken. The communication and hospitality is me within 5 minutes. The greeter in the dealership is well poised, professional, well dressed and well spoken. The communication and hospitality is stellar. I always wonder off into the showroom and am greeted immediately, and asked if I need any help. More

The best Ford dealer in the area but facility is dated. The service person polite and professional. I asked for oil change and got a full service…filters, tire rotation etc. I am happy I got it but it woul The service person polite and professional. I asked for oil change and got a full service…filters, tire rotation etc. I am happy I got it but it would have been better to know in advance. The mechanic did a great job. The service took 2 hours and 30 minutes. Very long! Other customers were complaining and having arguments with your staff. Definitely an area for improvement. I hope this helps. More
