This has to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. First of all, we put down about $2650 for a down payment and it's the month of Christmas. Well, that would have been fine had we still had a ve with. First of all, we put down about $2650 for a down payment and it's the month of Christmas. Well, that would have been fine had we still had a vehicle to drive. My husband had this vehicle a couple of weeks before it left him stranded at work with no way to go. That's the whole reason we got the vehicle in the first place. So now we have no money and no ride. And to make matters even worse, we have called and called and get the run around as to when the vehicle will be fixed. If I could have left ZERO stars, I would have. I have never met so many incompetent people in my life. We are constantly told that our "service manager" is busy with another customer and they are working on resolving the issue. My husband was also told last Thursday to be at the dealership at 8 am and they would have him a "loaner" ride until his is fixed. That was a LIE. He had to wait around all day for me to get off work because of this LIE. Do better. Not just during the transaction, but after you have the customer's money. Service has been HORRIBLE. As always their service Department is great, Easy to get scheduled and very thorough. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Even after at last minute asking for a detail. This is my forth vehicle purchase with this company. I have always been treated with the upmost respect and have not needed to ever feel regreat. SOLD MY SON AND I A VEHICLE THAT WAS ADVERTISED AT $39,995 FOR A STARTING PRICE OF $52,000 WITH TAXES BEFORE FEES GOT ADDED ON FOR WARRANTIES AND DEALER FEES. WHEN ASKED ABOUT WHY THEY SOLD US A CAR F $39,995 FOR A STARTING PRICE OF $52,000 WITH TAXES BEFORE FEES GOT ADDED ON FOR WARRANTIES AND DEALER FEES. WHEN ASKED ABOUT WHY THEY SOLD US A CAR FOR ALMOST 15,000 DOLLARS OVER THE ADVERTISED PRICE WE GOT TOLD THIS AND THAT GAVE US THE RUN AROUND. FINANCE MANAGER WAS NICE AT FIRST AND THEN BECAME A LITTLE RUDE WITH ME WHEN I WAS INQUIRING ABOUT THE NUMBERS DISCREPANCY. REFUSED TO HELP MY SON GET SWITCHED INTO A BETTER VALUE VEHICLE WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. FORCED HIM TO TAKING THE VEHICLE THEY SOLD US AND THEN HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM THE DEALERSHIP AFTER BEING TOLD TO EXPECT A CALL FROM THE GM, FINANCE PEOPLE, SALESMAN, MANAGERS. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD DEAL AT A DEALERSHIP THAT IS VERY HONEST AND TRANSPARENT WITH YOU. I AM 85 YEARS OF AGE AND NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY NOR HAVE I EVER SEEN THIS TYPE OF DEALERSHIP TREATMENT TO ANYONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. Sales team was adequate, not pressured (too much).
