Alex and Adam did a great job working with us to make sure we were taking care of!! We could not be happier with the service we received from both Alex and Adam!! Had my Rav 4 in 3 times for a leaky a/c. On the 3rd try to repair the a/c the technician left the a/c drain hose on the inside of the car. This in turn flooded the inside of the vehicle. On the 3rd try to repair the a/c the technician left the a/c drain hose on the inside of the car. This in turn flooded the inside of the vehicle. The first time I called to inform them of the problem I was not satisfied with the solution. After further commination there proposal to solve the issue was spot on. They lifted the carpet to clean, so there was no possible issues left behind from the water damage. They provided a courtesy car during the repair, and they did find the original A/C leak and repaired that as well. There is always going to be problems and its how you handle them that set you or your business apart form others. With saying that, I would 100% recommend St Cloud Toyota. They stand behind there service and will make things right. More

Ben is always very friendly and helpful. Even though he is usually super busy, he always makes you feel like the ONLY customer that needs help in the building! One of the things that I really appreciate, is how Ben fixes the most urgent things on the vehicle first. He also still provides me with a list of the other things that still will eventually need repairing in the future, and about how long I have to get these other areas taken care of. Ben does this so I am able to financially plan, because he knows that I on an extremely tight budget. Because I trust Ben, I WILL eventually get all of these other areas fixed too, at Toyota. More
