It was only stated as being you have 30 day, 3000 mile warranty with this car. That was deceptive, and not divulged until the final pay-out and transfer of purchase. Secondly, I left with 1/4 tank of gas. That was a bit disappointing as I was told yes, you get a tank of gas. That's minor, but the 30 day thing was "not minor"..overall, however, my wife and I got a very nice car, we are very pleased with the honesty about it. The staff was attentive and polite and we did not feel "pressured at all". So therefore, I give those who assisted us five stars for their efforts, despite the above statement. I don't know any of the other "mechanical-related staff" but I will say that compared to Alexander Subaru's detailing and vehicle prep? I give ten starts to W & L, as compared to about 3 for the previous dealership. It wasn't a good experience at all. The widow stickers were placed over the smeared, old "glue" - the floor mats were not even snapped down..and most of all...and a serious matter which I can no longer remedy since the car was traded in at W * L, there was break-in damage to the driver's side of the car that was NEVER shown to me, and only divulged when I traded it, which cost me dearly. NOT good. But I will patronize W & L for the upkeep on this 2015 CRV that is everything we were looking for. Thank you. More
