Not a good experience. Not sure if the oil was even changed. Oil was really black when I checked it after service. I paid $800. I found a pocket knife under my hood. Last time I was here. I got charged for a new fuse box. But it was a used box they installed. Very sad for the prices they charge. I won’t be going back. Lost this customer. More

I like the dealership but I don't like the accessibility to talking to someone. It also took a long time to diagnose and fix my car. I have been a Mercedes-Benz; client for over 30 years and the staff at this dealership consistently provides the best experience I've had as an owner. What's most remarkable is that is that I have never the staff at this dealership consistently provides the best experience I've had as an owner. What's most remarkable is that is that I have never been passed off from one person to next or been told that my service advisor was not available because whoever is there just steps up immediately to make sure that I get in and out as quickly as possible. More

Charged $1000 up front for car to be in service dept. was told car needed almost $8,000 of work. They said car was worth it because it had low miles and was in very good condition. They charged $500 for their evaluation when I told them we were moving the car to an authorized Mercedes service center. We had all of the work completed plus a new battery for under $3,000. Bought two cars from this dealership and will never go back More
