Our experience at Newton restored my confidence in dealerships. Everyone, Nate Cheaton, Ian Locker, Lisa Cook, and Chad Jahary were professional, not pushy, and tried to make our experience a good one dealerships. If our salesman had been pushy, over bearing, or patronizing, we might have bought the car, but have not made Newton our future new dealership. I will gladly drive the hour from Nashville to get my vehicles serviced there. More

I bought a new 2020 Edge ST, my second form Newton Ford. When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warrant When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warranty. Now my car in for service I find out that I not only did NOT get a Ford warranty the one I got won't cover my problem. The service has done his best with what he has to deal with but the company has NOT. I then talked to Mike Castro apparently responsible for customer service at their Ford and Nissan dealerships who said he would take care of the problem and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. That tells me everything I need to know about their special customer service. I have now purchased my last 5 vehicles from Ford, there won't be another one and NOTHING from Newton dealerships...... More
