I have been going to this dealer for years for my 2017 Subaru Forester. They are all very knowledgeable, polite, and honest with work that is more critical versus things that can wait for a bit. I have tried other mechanics in the area with my subie and have been disappointed. This place exceeds expectations by always being transparent. Plus they send a Lyft to be able to allow me to wait from home or if the time is longer than expected providing me a car to allow me to get other things accomplished during my cars time at the shop. 100% recommend them if you have a Subaru and want honest transparent service! Never thought I’d buy new but here we are! A completely comfortable car buying experience! Greg (Shafton) is appropriately enthusiastic about Subaru & selling them. He is a wealth of knowl A completely comfortable car buying experience! Greg (Shafton) is appropriately enthusiastic about Subaru & selling them. He is a wealth of knowledge, understands our lifestyle & gave a personal shopping experience. My favorite part of working with Greg was when he “challenged” me to challenge him during some Q&A’s when he said, “Come on Crystal. Put me to the test.” I feel like I made a new (and kinda snarky) friend. It was then that I knew he loved Subaru and I wanted to buy from him. We visited Royal Moore twice. The first time was to get a general idea and feel. Our 2nd time was to close a deal. In between was some homework on my part. That made going in the 2nd time a breeze and they happen to have the exact trim & add-ons we wanted! The purchase experience was flexible and not high pressure. We were pre-approved for a loan which one of Royal Moore’s lenders was able to match. We also negotiated the price & package little. Long story short, we are happy to have agreed on price and terms of the car and future services. Follow up is important too. I’ve got an appointment to help me with questions I might have in maximizing the personalization and potential of what this car has to offer. I’ll be in for maintenance & for whatever else might happen. They’re team players too. Everyone was kind & helpful including Jim helped us out until Greg was available, Bill helped us with finance, Emmylea is who I will meet with, a few cheered for us when we tossed a few bags for Corn Hole, and Becky got me a coffee stir stick when I didn’t see them.
