From the moment I spoke with Becka at Toyota of Gladstone she clearly stood out. She gave me the sense that not only did she want my business but she was willing to go out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. This turned out to be exactly the case when I showed up to discuss terms in person. When the car arrived she made the entire transaction very efficient and easy. Dustin showed us all that was availed on Saturday the 5th of February, very polite and not much to show, a platinum highlander, hybrid which we were not interested in.
