How impressive is Gladstone Toyota!!! ZERO pressure to buy coming from the entire team. She really understood the process and make my buying experience top notch. Super friendly and professional. Gladstone is fortunate to have her on their team! Vic Meese in the Finance area was also a standout for my experience. Again, zero pressure to buy additional "add on's". But, when I did request upgrades to my new purchase, he went "above and beyond" to make sure I got a fair deal. Thank you Vic for your great service! Normally, I don't give reviews, but after my experience with Gladstone Toyota, I felt compelled to share my great buying experience. More

Becka was extremely responsive, even in a busu environment, and helped me find the car that perfectly suited my needs. My only (small) complaint was that the plug-in hybrids are so in-demand that you have to play a game where you drive to the dealership without a guarantee that the car won’t be sold while you’re in route. I get that some people flake, but it adds some stress and pressure to the experience. (I think this might be standard practice for such scarce models across dealerships though) More
