Becka is the walking example of exemplary customer service providing the ultimate customer experience. She was interested in the reason I entered the dealership that morning (no it was not to purchase but rather to sell which would not result in an immediate profit upon signing the deal paperwork), she included her department manager to ensure the best possible offer was made to me, negotiating was welcomed, communication was continuous and understood by both parties; I just couldn't have asked for a more professional setting and interaction to sell my older paid off Avalon back to Toyota of Gladstone. This was my second interaction at the dealership and both visits were nothing short of beyond an expectation of good. I regret not having stopped here in April 2024 when I made my most recent car purchase however they will be my first consideration when it's time to get out of my current car. Thank you Becka!
