During the test drive, she asked what music I listened to, and she promptly played it. While waiting for the finance person she was super friendly, and we had a good conversation. While I was signing the finance paperwork, she had it gassed up and my license plate put on. Becca also helped ne to register with On-Star. This was the best experience I’ve had buying a car.
