My vehicle was involved in a accident with minor damage to the rear and a ding in the front, body work was done to satisfaction but part of the accident involved cleaning the inside of the vehicle, radio a to the rear and a ding in the front, body work was done to satisfaction but part of the accident involved cleaning the inside of the vehicle, radio and steering wheel but were and still are sticking from a drink that was wasted, a couple of time the radio just went blank and I'm wondering if it's related to the accident, I requested no less than six times to Smedley's body shop that this situation be looked at and my multiple request apparently was ignored, if this wasn't important to me I wouldn't have mentioned it at least half dozen times and this makes me wonder what else could've been or was ignored so I'm neutral on you for your services. More

I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get the color that I really wanted. Was told it was going cost me extra for the color at the last minute.
