Prepared, Proactive and Thorough I needed to bring my car in because it was making funny noises as the transmission switched gears. I spoke to my sales rep Bayo Dina about it when I bumped into him in a social setting, and he scheduled an appointment and arranged for a rental car for me, which I actually didn't wind up needing, but it was splendid of him to go that extra mile. When I arrived for my appointment, the service advisor John Stone let me know that this model of car actually had a transmission recall in place, which explained the issue I was having. He told me the process, and informed me of the timeframe, and current delay because the part has been on back order. I knew what to expect, and to the letter, everything happened that way. I was extra delighted to come out to discover that my car had been washed in the process. Now that's great service. More

"You will be dissatisfied" I am completely dissatisfied with the way Tasca is treating me and I will never do any business with Tasca or ever buy another Ford vehicle. I do not understand how they can tell me "You're car isn't as bad as some of the others" and think that is an okay answer! My car only has 8,500 miles on it and I am afraid to drive it because the transmission is so bad! I do not understand why you continue to sell these cars knowing they have these extreme problems. More
