It was refreshing that they did not push me to buy the car on the lot and agreed to order what I wanted with little drama. I worked with salesman Bayo Dina both times. Taurus repair The people I deal with on the phone are great. And providing a rental is excellent!!! In the last six months I spent around $4000 in repairs. You should maybe offer a discount to customers once they have hit a spending level. And while my Taurus was there I wanted pricing to have a dent removed and someone to check a rust spot on my door. I shouldn't have to make a second appointment or drive to the new facility. It would be nice if you offered the body shop techs to price requests out while the car is already there. More

He gives you all the information you want and then let's you decide what to do. Honestly, after hearing the Tasca way of doing business over the years I don't see why anyone would go to another dealership in Rhode Island for the same vehicles.The sales manager Tony Parente IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. He will steer you in the right direction everytime. He also gets a 5 star rating. Bernie Spann was super to work with as he was the person who obtained the Mazda 3 for me and I love this car .
