This was my 3rd deal with these guys and as before I had very pleasant transaction. Because you have open access to a fun website to review any vehicle in full including the spec and pricing, you can positi very pleasant transaction. I strongly advise conducting thorough research on the vehicle of your choice and seek comparisons elsewhere. Ashley Smith was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions - a great ambassador for this dealership. My price expectation for my trade was also met, so I was able to complete my purchase from start to finish in a couple of hours. I finished up with Basim Galla who managed the finance and paperwork seamlessly and quickly to complete the deal. (Bas sold me my first BMW!) Overall, comparing this experience vs other dealerships it was much better. The difference was Ashley and Basim who worked hard before, during and after my visit. I'm looking forward to remaining a repeat Customer. More

Customer service quality only becomes apparent when there's a problem. Drive a Dream responded to concerns expressed through my original review here and took steps to 'make it right.' I got a good price and a good deal. The people I worked with were all professional and nice- salesman, sales manager, service guy and the general manager. They have gone the extra mile to make it right. A few tips, whether buying from this dealer or other: Ask questions, lots of questions. Don't be shy and don't be afraid to ask a stupid question. The only stupid question is the one you don't ask. Recognize that you're dealing with a small and growing business. The problems I faced were more due to inconsistent processes and communication than anything else. Meet the sales manager and get his # and email address, just in case. EV's get extra benefits for paying for special license plate in GA. Ask about this. Make sure communications come to you via your preferred method-email or text- to make sure you don't something important. Tesla is notorious for plastic molding problems. I test drove a few with this issue. It's a simple fix, but make sure to check before taking the car. They paid for two Uber trips to make things right. I am a happy customer today. Mistakes happen. Be patient and give people the benefit of the doubt. But also be persistent. You paid to be satisfied, so make sure you are. It may take longer and more effort on your part than expected, but it is worth it. More

The Drive a Dream dealership made the purchase of my new Infinity very easy. I found the car online and the price was great. Outstanding people that will make sure your car is in perfect shape and make sure the customer is happy. The best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I bought a 2021 vehicle from Drive a Dream i perfect shape and make sure the customer is happy. The best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I bought a 2021 vehicle from Drive a Dream in January 2024. The process was smooth if a bit slow, but they explained everything and got me a good deal on the vehicle. I had it checked out, which Drive a Dream fixed as requested. However, after taking the car home, I noticed a warning sign that had been on for a few days. I took it to the manufacturer dealership, and they quoted me $4,500 to fix this part, saying it was not advised to drive the vehicle before it was fixed. I called Drive a Dream, and they took car of fixing the car for no additional cost. They really stepped up when they didn't have to in order to make sure I was fully satisfied with my new car. Steve is the man, and Basim will take excellent care of you. I cannot recommend Drive a Dream enough. More

The whole process was smooth and no stress. The communication was easy. We mostly texted due to schedule differences. Since we were from out of town as well we did half of the process from home and half at the dealership. We had Russel who assisted us on the 1st test drive a week before purchase which was a breeze. Basim helped us with pricing over text. Finally, Ameer (very friendly and approachable) assisted us with our final drive test, all the last questions we had, prepping our paperworks, having our new family vehicle ready for us. The whole process does feel like a 5 star! More
