I've had very favorable experience at this dealership for years This visit was good. but they did try to sell me a filter... that they forgot they installed the last time I was there... 5,000 miles earlier years This visit was good. but they did try to sell me a filter... that they forgot they installed the last time I was there... 5,000 miles earlier. I'm guessing it was inexperience team reading computer notes before looking at the item. When the showed it to me... it was obviously clean. I will still use them, but anyone has to be knowledgeable and make sure that items are needed before authorizing the repair More

Work seems good, but wait time is extremely long. Most recent visit, rep left me waiting over 40 minutes after my service was complete. He said he came to get me and didn’t see me. Basilio was great to work with, explained everything in terms I could understand and told me the repairs he recommends I address first. I also appreciate that he provided a Lyft ride when I wasn’t able to terms I could understand and told me the repairs he recommends I address first. I also appreciate that he provided a Lyft ride when I wasn’t able to get back there to pick up my car during shuttle hours. The one area for improvement is the shuttle driver had on talk radio on a pro-Trump station, which in these politically divisive times can be seen as offensive. It’s best to keep politics out of the workplace and particularly with customers. The driver was nice, drive safely and was efficient; that was my only suggested area for improvement. More
