While the initial sales process was fine, everything after that was a nightmare. The dealership was painfully slow at processing the paperwork, causing unnecessary delays. On top of that, they kept changing the pickup date, making it incredibly difficult to plan around. Every time I thought everything was set, I’d get another call pushing the date back. The lack of communication and organization was beyond frustrating. A car purchase should be an exciting experience, but Westboro Toyota turned it into a stressful ordeal. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and professional transaction. More
