After driving an hour and a half, based on a worksheet they provided, we were shocked to be informed upon arrival that there had been a "transposition" error in the numbers. This significant mistake was not communicated to us beforehand, despite our long travel time specifically for this deal. The lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by the dealership was appalling. Waiting until a customer shows up after a lengthy journey to disclose such a vital error is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for the customer's time and effort. It's disheartening to see a dealership engage in such practices. The entire experience was a waste of time and energy. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Starling Chevrolet Buick GMC. Their approach was inconvenient and indicative of a deeper issue with their business practices. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, which is unacceptable in any industry, especially when dealing with significant purchases like a vehicle. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Starling Chevrolet Buick GMC to reconsider. Plenty of other dealerships value honesty and integrity, qualities that this dealership evidently lacks. Please don't waste your time with a business that doesn't respect its customers or their commitments. More
