While every other commission salesman in the country's income is directly connected to how much profit they are making on a car deal, here at Bellingham Nissan All I have to worry about is making a friend and serving my customer. Was just out looking at cars. Saw a jeep I’ve been wanting for a few years. Very helpful and persuasive 😉 salesman. They went the extra mile in my opinion to get me into this car. The service dept insisted on charging us for parts for a repair that was supposed to happen before we picked up the vehicle but wasn't. It was in the purchase agreement. Tried to schedule the service multip repair that was supposed to happen before we picked up the vehicle but wasn't. It was in the purchase agreement. Tried to schedule the service multiple times with no success (call log history). Once we finally got the vehicle into service we had to involve the sales associate to get the situation straightened out. We even went so far as to insist that the defective parts be reinstalled on the vehicle and we would take it elsewhere. Much, much thanks to Sales Associate Chanel for getting this straightened out.
