I purchased my 2018 Acura RDX from this dealership and have been coming in for my service appointments since then. I am able to make my appointment times online and I always receive a reminder text the da have been coming in for my service appointments since then. My service advisor, Bart Bartley is a pleasure to work with and is always professional and extremely knowledgeable. I usually wait for my vehicle and Mr. Bartley makes sure it is finished in the time frame he gives me. The service cost estimate is always accurate and my vehicle is delivered to me washed and vacuumed. This is a top notch service department and I highly recommend Mr. Bartley as a service advisor at Crown Acura. More

The service dept could not have been more unhelpful with the exception of one lady. I needed a new tire mine ran completely flat. I am out of town I had been up all night helping my son and his wife with t the exception of one lady. I needed a new tire mine ran completely flat. I am out of town I had been up all night helping my son and his wife with their newborn I could find the warranty details and none of the service managers would help me do anything. I finally contracted my original dealer who gave me the details. Eventually Bart called them and arranged the paperwork after asking me if I could pay for it first! So much for customer profiling ! As I said I had been up all night with a new horn I had all 4 tires replaced but rest assured I will never return to this dealership They made me feel completely irrelevant More

The Crown Acura Service Department is amazing, again. I just brought in my new MDX. I called in the day before and got an immediate appointment as the car has 1500 miles on it and the AC wasn't cooling I just brought in my new MDX. I called in the day before and got an immediate appointment as the car has 1500 miles on it and the AC wasn't cooling properly! I then sent an email to John Shaw the service manager and friend, and the moment I released the send button, he calls me! He had the appointment in front of him, and as usual very friendly, he would expedite whatever was needed! The car was brought in, they found the ac condenser with a leak, ordered it, and a day later I had the car back, with a full hand car wash, and ICE COLD AC in our 90deg temperatures! The cappuccino machine helped too, in the cafe! With my HVAC background, I asked John some pertinent technical questions and he was able to answer every one of them, spot on, and I was VERY impressed in what they did, step by step, and very pleased! Thank you John Shaw, as YOU will are my "Goto Service Advisor" forever and ever! Gonna soon get rid of my older Toyota Sienna, and go for a 2nd MDX or an RDX!......Thanks again.....Larry More
