Bill Parente has been my salesperson for the 4 vehicles I have leased/purchased in the last 7 or so yrs. The vehicle we have now is a 2019 Santa Fe. Bill is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous have leased/purchased in the last 7 or so yrs. The vehicle we have now is a 2019 Santa Fe. Bill is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, an all around nice guy to work with. In fact your entire staff are the same way. Your showroom, ladies room, coffee area are always kept clean. There is no mess at Hyundai NPR. I would highly recommend you for sales & service. I give you a 200% satisfaction rating. More

Vehicle went into limp mode Vehicle was fixed in one day with no appointment. If vehicle needed more time they offered a loaner vehicle. Barry and Andrew were very helpful. Don't buy this brand We have had our 2014 Sonata for 3 years. We bought it used at the used store. A year after purchasing this vehicle we had to put a new motor in it. Th We have had our 2014 Sonata for 3 years. We bought it used at the used store. A year after purchasing this vehicle we had to put a new motor in it. That repair was covered under warranty. However, a month ago the brakes stopped working properly and the brake pedal goes down to the floor. After taking it into service they diagnosed it as the ABS module which is not under warranty. We were basically told that if we don't have $2,000 to fix it they cannot help us. They then proceeded to take the $100 just to diagnose the proplem. When we asked how does that go bad there is not a single light on the dash, they told us it just happens and it is internal. "Sometimes it throws a light and sometimes it does not." So we then went to Ferman to see about trading it in on another vehicle. There we were told they could only give us half of what we owe on this vehicle. We are not happy whatsoever. This experience proved that they sell crap that doesn't hold its value and cannot be repaired under the "marvelous" warranty that they offer. Had we know this, it would have been a hard pass!!! We have worked with Barry before, he was not there when we went to pick it up. We do not blame him whatsoever. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED BY BARRY -SERVICE ADVISOR I had called Barry, service advisor in reference to installation of window regulator. Barry took care of my concern and I was treated like a VIP when I had called Barry, service advisor in reference to installation of window regulator. Barry took care of my concern and I was treated like a VIP when I visited Hyundai New Port Richey yesterday.
