I would not recommend this dealership for used cars. They sold me a used car with battery issues, but told me that the issue was just a software update that could be addressed when I connected to wifi. They sold me a used car with battery issues, but told me that the issue was just a software update that could be addressed when I connected to wifi. The high voltage battery was degraded by 41.1%. If the dealership had done it's due diligence, this could have been replaced under Tesla's warranty for free before selling the car. They chose to ignore the issue causing stress and trauma while I limped the vehicle to Michigan from Connecticut. A trip that should have only taken 15 hours took me 25 hours. In addition the car left us stranded on the side of the road in Ohio, 5 miles from a charging station, when it died with 11% State of Charge showing on the display. More
