I met Jerry during his first week in the job. He was very pleasant and enthusiastic about his job. I really wanted to make sure I buy the car from him. I made that happen. As for the car, because it took som pleasant and enthusiastic about his job. I really wanted to make sure I buy the car from him. I made that happen. As for the car, because it took some time for registry/paperwork took about a week, when I went to pick it up, there were scratches that weren’t there before. I wanted to scratches removed but I was told they would buff it but scratches would not come out because of being too deep. Management was nasty about getting the car up to my standards. I took the car because I had my mom just returned from hospital and couldn’t waste too much time on these issues. The remote batteries are low because warning sign came on the dashboard. I told Jerry he said I needed to them replaced on my own from service. I did not have the car for a week then. Management is unprofessional, uncooperative, not honest once they got my money. They talked about buy back program which would at least cost me three thousand. I refused that. I would not recommend this dealership to any friends. More

Service advisor was rude while questions about possible repairs were being asked. Left me alone talking to myself in front of cashier and walked away. Ask the cashier girl for proof. I then follow him to his desk but couldn’t really get his attention because he was eating pizza while talking to me with mouth full. Very rude!!!! More

I went into this dealership not intending to make a purchase but only to browse around. I ended up finding a great used car that was in my price range. My sales representative took me on a test drive and put together a deal on super bowl Sunday when everyone already went home to watch the game. Finance gave me a good interest rate and stayed after hours to complete my paperwork. The next morning the car was ready to be picked up! More
